its a great olympics, but there's one greater thing

hi, been busy
and only been able to catch the olympics on the go, in the bus (TV mobile) and at coffeeshops.

ohh, the pain of looking at table tennis being fought ball by ball and set by set.
see the tides turn within a matter of seconds in track events
and have really bug surprises, the new 1500m gold medalist had 'never in his wildest dreams' thought he could get gold.

but did anybody ever fight this hard, put in so much effort to save the world?

i can tell you no one even comes close
no one in heaven (heavenly saints like Abraham and David, Paul)
no one on earth (any great leader, caregiver who's still living)
and no one under the earth (great people like Napoleon, Carl Sagan, Qin Shihuang)

because saving the world means paying for every debt, every sin, every wrongdoing, every mistake, satisfying every complaint, every grievance, and every little overlook

The Lord Jesus crucified on the cross?
He never did anything wrong
He was never worthy of death
He could have avoided all the shame and humiliation
He could have remained in heaven with God His Father
but He didn't, the One co-equal and co-eternal with God,
in order to save us bore the judgment 'that must have sunk the world to hell'!!!

all the fireworks and celebration can be for Him alone
and its worth it
declare His greatness and Majesty!

Who is like unto the Lord?
incomparable! indescribable!

Exodus 15:11 “Who is like You among the gods, O Lord—
glorious in holiness,
awesome in splendor,
performing great wonders?
