Jeremiah

God who calls us will not forsake us.
Thats the theme of Jeremiah.
Back from Bible reading.
The prophet Jeremiah preached God's message for about 40 years just before Jerusalem was destroyed by the Babylonians.
Nobody wanted to listen, just like the world we are in now, everybody's just comfortable with their lives and nobody believes that judgment is coming.
And so when they don't believe, they start getting irritated and Jeremiah's life is put in danger.
But ultimately God still keeps His servant safe, until he finished his tour of duty.
One man against a whole nation. God still prevails.

Now imagine you were in Jeremiah's shoes. 40 years of rejection and ridicule. Trust God through it all and you will find there'll be peace of mind.

John 16:32-33
32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave Me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me.
33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in Me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Been busy this whole week with DVBS prep. Hope all the children come.

Finally got rid of the "bug" (adware program) and discovered so much more about the Windows OS.
Like the registry and the winsock and layered service providers. Network processes and services.

How much trust do you have in God?

PS: Who wants to go to the Doulos tomorrow evening?
And who wants to listen to the Messiah by Handel on 3 Dec?
